At PennyPlanner, our mission is to make life easier for marketing teams by providing them with an innovative platform to efficiently plan, manage and evaluate their budgets. We strive for honesty, transparency and respect in our dealings with each other and our clients. Our proximity to the market and our clients allows us to offer customized solutions to overcome their daily challenges. Our long-term goal is to support marketing teams worldwide in their budget planning and help them achieve their goals more effectively.
Our story
The idea for PennyPlanner came from the personal experience of our co-founder Julia, who has worked in a senior marketing position for many years. When faced with the time-consuming challenges of budget planning, maintenance, management and evaluation, she recognized an urgent need for a more efficient solution. Most marketing teams struggle with outdated Excel files that make it difficult to gain visibility into their spending. The existing solutions on the market were proving inadequate - so Julia decided to tackle the problem herself.
Together with Onur, an experienced developer, and Levent, an expert in e-commerce and sales, Julia founded PennyPlanner GmbH in January 2024 with the aim of developing an innovative SaaS solution to help marketing teams manage their budgets more efficiently and simplify planning.
As founders, we work on the development and programming of the platform alongside our main jobs. Our shared values of decision-making at eye level and a strong belief in our product have led us to this point.
Today we are in the pre-launch phase and as the PennyPlanner team we are excited to share our product with our first customers. We are convinced that PennyPlanner will make the lives of many marketing colleagues easier and we look forward to continuously improving it together with our growing community.
